Within 20 days you eat mostly vegetables and meat can lose between 11 and 22 pounds (50-10 kg) and increase your muscle mass. This diet consists of two phases. In the attack phase, eating fatty foods, food, trap fat foods and low in calories but high in protein to burn. This phase is allowed, no starch. Fat burning foods that can contain the amount of bad cholesterol. These foods include bell peppers, celery, cabbage, parsley, and eggplant.
