We hired a home improvement contractor for a major landscaping job. He completed about 80% of the work but then disappeared. Right before he disappeared, he asked if we minded paying him for the work he already completed. He seemed nice so we agreed. Then, he vanished, even though he signed a contract with us saying that he was supposed to do our driveway (which he didn’t — and now it is near winter and we have no driveway). Can he legally do this? (walk off a job even though the work in the contract is incomplete)
I currently order from ABC distributing-and they are great- but I am looking for an online catalog that will let you order and then bill you later. I own my own business and ABC allows me to buy and pay later.

My hubby and I recently bought a house. I haven’t decided on what colour to paint our bedroom, but I was hoping somebody had some knowledge of colours and their affects on mood, and well-being and all that. lol I’ve had a banana yellow room for the last 8 months and I don’t think I want yellow again….nor does my husband. If there is a colour that has some negative effect, I’m curious about it.
i already bought a lavender dry erase board and pretty shiny light blue wrapping paper for the inside of my locker.im going to get shelves and a mirror but i fell that my locker needs more “pazazz”! any ideas, and lockers in my school this year are brand new,orange,and deep.so theres plenty of room for decor.
